In some cases, when a broach breaks down and there is not an immediate replacement available, it is possible to solve through welding. This way, at least you can use the broach until the delivery of the new one, avoiding production downtime or delays.
The union of the two broken parts is carried out by induction, through a special process studied and developed over the years by BART R&D department. After welding, it will be necessary to restore the broach removing the causes that generated the damage.
