To celebrate this important milestone, we have expanded the department with which we started our business: sub contract broaching.
The new KARL KLINK RISZ 100/2500 broaching machine, equipped with an advanced PLC system and with pulling force up to 100 tons, will allow the use of broaches up to a length of 3500 mm and a diameter of 350 mm.
In addition to the broaching service, according to your needs, we can provide customized Quality Control Plans such as, for example, the measure between pins (MdR), use of go/no-go gauges, control of the machined surfaces through the roughness meter and in the metrology room, further checks with the Zeiss three-dimensional measurement center.
For 50 years we have been supporting the main players in the automotive, aerospace and agriculture sectors and is now able to offer an additional service to support the production of larger parts.
